Education: Electronics Engineer/Technician or Information Systems Engineer/Technician. We are also open to Electrical Engineers who are interested in, or willing to transition into, the field of IT systems design. This role offers an opportunity to move from electrical engineering into the world of IT and telecommunications infrastructure design. Requirements and Responsibilities: Familiarity with central storage and backup systems from leading industry vendors. Design of communication infrastructure for company projects, including reporting and coordination with clients. Hands-on experience in designing data center infrastructure architecture, including upgrades of existing data centers, from concept development through detailed design. Practical experience in the design of telecommunications rooms, communication cabinets, office spaces, and meeting rooms. Experience and understanding of the integration between passive and active communication infrastructure design. Advantages: Experience in antenna layout and deployment design. Experience in designing Access Point and Wi-Fi systems. Experience in designing fiber optic and copper cabling systems. Experience in designing above-ground and underground telecommunications infrastructure networks, including cable trays and multidisciplinary coordination with other systems. Experience in preparing construction drawings and bills of quantities (BOQs) for telecommunications contractors.
