We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Tel Aviv.

As a part of your job you will:
* Manage a team of digital UX/UI designers.
* Oversee overall team performance, deliverables, design excellence, and individual growth.
* Build a design strategy, plan projects, and manage operations.
* Establish design guidelines, standards, best practices, and more.

* At least 4 years of designing and developing innovative concepts for websites and stunning marketing campaigns - a must. * At least 2 years of team management experience - a must. * Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and mockups - a must. * Experience in building a design system - a must. * Deep knowledge of web user experience - a must. * Full proficiency in Figma - a must. * High level of English - a must.
