A leading Israeli law firm is seeking a junior associate with native-level English to join its international commercial practice.
The associate will work closely with partners and other attorneys on domestic and cross-border commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating agreements and conducting legal research.
The practice advises clients on a range of commercial arrangements, including distribution, licensing, services, supply agreements and joint ventures.

– Excellent English-language legal writing and communication skills. – Strong legal research and analytical skills. – An interest in commercial transactions and cross-border legal work. – Ability to work independently and collaboratively. – Prior experience with commercial agreements is a plus. Experience at a leading law firm outside Israel or in the international- practice of a leading Israeli law firm.
