We are looking for an Operations Project Manager with a broad systems perspective, strong process management capabilities, and excellent cross-functional skills. The role includes leading operational projects end-to-end—from initial planning, procurement, qualification, and New Product Introduction (NPI) to sub-contractor management—ensuring adherence to key project milestones and customer delivery schedules. You will work closely with business units, R&D, and all operational departments to streamline workflows, meet business objectives, adhere to timelines, and drive overall operational efficiency.
Lead operational projects end-to-end, from planning through execution to final delivery
Build comprehensive work plans, manage resources, set schedules and milestones, and monitor execution
Maintain ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams, including operations, R&D, engineering, and Business Unit Project Managers
Perform risk management, identify bottlenecks early, and implement effective solutions
Produce and present clear project status reports to stakeholders and management
Monitor and control project outputs, KPIs, and overall performance
Analyze operational workflows, drive process optimization, and lead the implementation of improved practices

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in managing operational projects Experience working in a manufacturing or defense enterprise serving local and international customers Proven track record in leading process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives Familiarity with multidisciplinary systems combining electronics, mechanics, and software Hands-on experience in leading New Product Introduction (NPI) processes (transition from R&D to manufacturing) High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience working with ERP systems (Priority is a significant advantage) Familiarity with project management methodologies Strong multi-tasking and task prioritization abilities with a systemic perspective Excellent interpersonal communication skills and proven ability to work with multiple interfaces Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player in cross-functional environments High organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving mindset Proven ability to drive processes and lead change
