We are looking for a Systems & Infrastructure Security Specialist with a broad systems perspective, deep technical expertise, and strong client-facing capabilities.
The role includes leading the hardening, installation, and maintenance of operating systems and software, advanced configuration of networks and communication equipment in sensitive and secure environments, as well as participating in customer meetings and providing in-depth professional guidance on systems security.
Participate in customer meetings and technical requirement discussions, providing professional input on information security requirements
Translate customer needs into secure technical solutions and provide professional guidance on systems and infrastructure security
Perform security hardening of operating systems, servers, and endpoints, with an emphasis on Windows Server and Windows IoT
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, dedicated software, and security updates (Patch Management)
Configure and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs
Analyze system architectures, identify vulnerabilities, and provide solutions that integrate software, hardware, and information security
Implement information security controls and processes in sensitive and secure environments
Handle security incidents (Incident Response) in collaboration with IT and development teams
Work closely with customers and professional stakeholders in Israel and abroad

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in information security, cybersecurity, and infrastructure Strong experience and in-depth understanding of information security Hands-on experience in operating system hardening, with an emphasis on Windows Server and Windows IoT Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and enterprise software Hands-on experience configuring network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls Strong knowledge of communication protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols Knowledge of software development or automation scripting using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar tools Broad systems perspective and the ability to analyze complex architectures Excellent presentation and communication skills when working with customers, managers, and professional stakeholders Ability to present and explain complex information security topics clearly and professionally Willingness to travel abroad as part of the role Valid security clearance Previous experience in Presales, Managed Services (MSP), or information security consulting for customers Professional certifications in information security or networking, such as CISSP, CEH, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+ Experience working with air-gapped environments (Air-Gapped Networks) Strong client-facing skills and excellent interpersonal communication Analytical thinking and strong complex problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Ability to work in sensitive, classified, and highly regulated environments High level of discretion, responsibility, and reliability
