We are looking for an experienced Electronic Components Warehouse Specialist.
We are seeking a highly organized and technically oriented warehouse professional with proven experience managing inventory of electronic and mechanical components for integrated systems.
The role includes full warehouse operations, shipping, and shipment tracking using the Priority ERP system, while working closely with multiple departments across the company.
Receive incoming goods: unload, inspect, and verify electronic components and assemblies for both quantity and quality
Manage computerized inventory and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the Priority system
Pick and issue components based on work orders (picking lists) and prepare kits for production and R&D departments
Conduct periodic stock counts (cycle counts), resolve shortages or discrepancies, and ensure warehouse organization and order
Package and ship orders professionally, prepare delivery notes, and handle international shipping documentation
Track shipments, including import/export processes and coordination with courier companies
Collaborate with Purchasing, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics departments
A full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, with overtime as required.

Minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience in a high-tech or manufacturing environment – mandatory Proven hands-on experience with electronic components (resistors, capacitors, PCBs, ICs) and mechanical parts (hardware, fasteners, etc.) Strong computer skills, full proficiency in Priority ERP and Microsoft Excel Valid driver’s license – mandatory Good command of English (reading and writing technical and shipping documentation) FPGA development in VHDL language Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and structured work procedures Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and handle physical warehouse tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Willingness to work overtime when required
